How likely are you to recommend Centerstone?
“I am so grateful for my experience at Centerstone IOP, especially because of Mrs. Gina. She has been an amazing therapist and teacher throughout my recovery. She doesn’t just teach recovery skills—she takes the time to make sure you actually understand how to use them in real life. Mrs. Gina is patient, compassionate, understanding, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. She creates an environment where you feel comfortable learning, asking questions, and being honest about the challenges that come with recovery. The skills and perspective she has given me are things I will continue to carry with me long after completing IOP. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and heart she puts into helping people become stronger and more confident in their recovery. Centerstone is lucky to have someone like Mrs. Gina, and I’m grateful that I had the opportunity to learn from her. She has made a real difference in my recovery journey, and I cannot recommend her enough.”
“This centerstone has helped me along the recovery journey. Mrs Gina has really helped make the classes very enjoyable. Thank you to the staff here at this location.”
“I have had so many appointments where the provider does not show up or even call. I was told today my provider was running late and would call me later. I waited 3 hours until the place closed and no call. This has affected my mental health negatively and I am in a depression now and feel at loss.”
“Dr's office sent in two referrals with no calls to find out they don't take referrals and you have to do a walk in evaluation from 8 am to 2. Ok so what happens for the people that actually have jobs and can't come during those hours. Obviously if someone is getting referred they need counseling. Very disappointed, they could have at least contacted by Dr back to inform they about their practices.”
