What patients say on Google
“All the staff have been extremely helpful in any way they can be. They got me talking with someone temporarily the first day I came in which was very nice. While I dont have a doctored professional to explain things to me the people they have available have explained my diagnosis as best they can and have been very helpful in educating me on my options and situations.”
“Trisha the receptionist was so kind and helpful I came in while I was in crisis. Her and John were so helpful and helpful to my husband. I went into the stress center for 19 days and my husband kept them updated I had an appointment with them the next day. They have been a huge support not only for me but my husband also.”
“Stay away if you want quality mental health care. At Centerstone, one hand does not know anything about what the other is doing. They are understaffed, rude, and condescending. Phone calls go unreturned. They seem to have no sympathy toward their patients needs. They will not bother to notify you if your provider is absent until after you show up. If you should run out of your meds before your next appointment (and you will, because they don't take that into consideration), don't bother to ask for a prescription to tide you over. They will absolutely allow you to go into withdrawal first. As a State supported not-for-profit, Tennessee is wasting our tax dollars.”
“I have had a great experience in this place. They changed my NP but the new one was updated with everything she needed to know about me. They make sure I dont run out of medication and schedule my appointments according to whats best for me. Lovely and helpful staff.”
